Directions
Draw a line from the inner to outer corner of eyelid. Glide pencil from inner corner to outer corner of the eye, keeping the pencil close to the lash line. For a smudged-out look, use a Smudger Brush and blend out the liner before it sets. Sharpen as needed., Use Within Recommended Period – Check jar symbol on package for months of use after opening.
